Proud to be an American Day

Every year, the Somerset County Vocational and Technical High School in Bridgewater, NJ, hosts what they fondly call “Proud to be an American” Day. The day is full of guest speakers of varying military backgrounds, helicopter demonstrations by active duty soldiers, and even a live performance by the 10th Mountain Division active duty band! The event is primarily organized and run by the students and boasts an impressive turn out every year.
